Configure and enable each message under Settings → Notifications. Use Cloud API templates approved in your own WhatsApp Business account; template availability and messaging charges depend on your setup. Connecting the API does not itself grant a verified WhatsApp badge.

Which WhatsApp notifications can my store send?

The supported notifications are order confirmation, order packed, order shipped, order ready for pickup and order review. Configure and enable each notification in Settings → Notifications.

Can I use my own official WhatsApp templates?

Yes. With WhatsApp Cloud API, you can use approved official templates from your own connected WhatsApp Business account. Template availability and provider charges depend on your setup.

Which plan includes WhatsApp integrations?

WhatsApp integrations are available on Premium and Ultimate. Connect your WhatsApp Business account and configure the notifications you want to send.

Does connecting WhatsApp give my store a verified badge?

No. Connecting the WhatsApp Cloud API enables notifications; it does not itself grant a verified WhatsApp badge.
